  • Birds of Feather at Linux Conference not up yet. Whiteboard will be provided. Possible ebXML presentation at
    Perth Linux User Group (PLUG) meeting.
  • Update meeting with Anders:
    • Openebxml primar programming language is Java :( (eg. not accepted in gnuenterprise because its not free)
    • IBM patent (one of two) only in US, UK and Japan.
    • content is king (as Tim mentioned, not the technical registry is important but the data the registry is holding/providing)
    • difference between Australian registry and American/European registry. Shall each country have their own content?
      global content, country content, local content.
    • ebXML necessary for SMEs? its a business process to realise that they have to automate their business processes.
    • negotiation strategies. which strategies, changing strategies, how to code strategies etc.
    • XSLT for conversion only, programming language better for algorithms etc.
  • after cr: ebXML registry check, openebxml code check!
  • this week: shrink CR to 5 pages! Incorporate your/Maureens/Tims changes. (I think I lost your feedback papers).
